1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To access and use our AI Video Ad creation platform, you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. By registering an account or placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration details you submit are accurate, current, and truthful.
• You will maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You accept full responsibility for all activities occurring under your account.

2. Scope of Services

CreaAdz operates as a digital AI video ad agency and automated content generation software at www.creaadz.com. Our services include:

• AI-assisted ad script creation, visual voiceover synthesis, and video ad generation.
• Custom marketing creative packages tailored for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and digital advertising channels.
• Digital strategy consultation, lead generation creative assets, and downloadable media outputs.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon complete payment of applicable transaction fees, CreaAdz grants the User a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual commercial license to use, reproduce, publish, transmit, and run advertising campaigns with the generated video assets.

CreaAdz retains all proprietary rights over the platform architecture, underlying AI workflows, software code, custom models, logos, trademarks, and UI design elements.

4. Prohibited Actions

Users explicitly agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the platform to generate deceptive, defamatory, unlawful, hateful, pornographic, or infringing media content.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract source code from www.creaadz.com.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the raw platform access to third parties without prior written consent from CreaAdz.
• Bypassing rate limits, security rules, authentication tokens, or computational quotas.

5. Pricing, Billing & Payment Terms

All prices listed on www.creaadz.com are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD) as displayed at checkout. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Full payment must be completed before video processing or output delivery commences. Payments are processed securely via verified third-party payment gateways (Razorpay, Supabase, Stripe, or bank transfer).

6. Third-Party Services & AI Processing

Our services utilize advanced generative AI models (including Google Gemini, Hugging Face, and Cloud Providers). While we strive for maximum accuracy, AI-generated content is generated probabilistically. Users are encouraged to review final video renders prior to launching high-budget ad campaigns.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform and all generated deliverables are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. CreaAdz makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding advertising ROI, conversion metrics, specific click-through rates (CTR), or ad account approval by social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CreaAdz, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or ad spend) arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to CreaAdz in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CreaAdz and its officers against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of generated assets.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with CreaAdz shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India.

11. Modifications & Severability

CreaAdz reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted at www.creaadz.com/terms with a revised date. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
